Greetings Imagination Movers Fan Club members,
It has come to our attention that some customers who ordered a membership package via Ticketmaster have not received their packages and welcome emails to register for the site. For this, we sincerely apologize. We have recently identified issues with the secure feed we receive from Ticketmaster.
The problem has since been resolved and things are running smoothly. Please be patient as we do our best to service each and every one of you that may have been frustrated with this issue.
If you purchased your Imagination Movers Fan Club membership between Oct 1 - Dec 5, you should have received an additional email to activate your site membership. (Many of you have already received this email, so if you've received it twice, please disregard the latest email sent to you.)
If you purchased your Imagination Movers Membership package from Ticketmaster, here are some things you will need to know about your order:
- You should have automatic access to all pre-sales for upcoming concerts.
- Your Welcome Email, which contains a code to activate a membership on the Movers site, will arrive to you in 5-7 business days. Please check your spam folder and make sure to add firstname.lastname@example.org to your address book to ensure that you receive all future emails from us.
- Please note for the membership package, it can take up to 5-7 business days for your information to be routed to our warehouse for processing. Additionally, if you've purchased your package using a mobile device, this process can take between 10-14 business days.
- It can take up to 72-96 hours from the time we get the information from Ticketmaster before your package leaves the warehouse.
